Jeff is the Director of Operations at the Design Institute for Health, a radical collaboration between Dell Medical School and the College of Fine Arts at The University of Texas at Austin. Jeff has spent a large portion of his career focused on making software and services in the private and public sectors (domestic and international) more usable and more sale-able by providing expert user experience design, application development, and business consulting.
Previously, Jeff founded a user experience design and development firm in Austin called projekt202 because he believed great design could make the world a better place. Jeff was responsible for the company’s operations, business development, and client services and successfully guided the company from scratch to over a 100-person company.
Prior to founding projekt202, Jeff held senior management positions at Accenture and frog design and was fortunate to travel the world and work in numerous industry verticals including healthcare. Jeff has an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and has proudly called Austin home for more than 20 years.
