The world is transforming at an ever increasing pace; from the political & economic landscape to emerging technologies affecting mankind and our environments.
How will Design play a role in these transformations?
How will the role of Designer transform as the future rapidly becomes the future-present?
Speculative Design is an approach that allows designers to consider the potential futures we might inhabit by imagining products, services, and the cultural impact of our work on society.
We’ll facilitate speculation on the evolving role of Design and Designer in a rapidly changing world.
Using Futures Frameworks we can imagine both the worlds we want to create or avoid.
Along with Subject Matter Experts, we’ll guide participants through analyzing the path of emerging tech that could shape the next decade of our lives. Through these lenses we’ll develop a point of view and consider strategies for activating the present to design a better tomorrow.
